Principle Duties & Responsibilities

- Oversee and assess existing processes and workflows
- Apply basic technical knowledge to analyze, investigate and resolve assigned routine engineering problems
- Implement new processes and process modifications to manufacture parts with maximum efficiency, low scrap, and high yield
- Perform functional testing of equipment and systems by utilizing standard engineering and scientific principles
- Conduct risk assessments
- Ensure processes comply with safety and quality standards
- Support the R&D process and participate in prototype part development, production, and analysis
- Tracks metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades
- Communicates findings and proposals to upper management
Process Engineer Qualifications/Skills
- Excellent analytical and math skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems
- Ability to project manage
- 1-2 years experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
